DELIVERY

All items will need to be signed for on delivery. We are unable to leave items without a signature. We can send parcels to your home address or an alternative address. Please note our couriers are unable to make timed deliveries.

DOMESTIC, STANDARD DELIVERY £4.50 this is a standard rate per order.

We are happy to deliver outside the UK, please contact us for further information.

Every effort will be made to dispatch your order promptly but please note that all deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will notify you at the time of ordering if any ordered items are out of stock.

CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS 

All our transactions are securely handled by our trading partner Protx.  Protx was fully approved in 2006 as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance.

PRICES

Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of details however we reserve the right to change prices or discontinue stock lines. This will be notified at the time of ordering.

All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable.

RETURNS

No refund will be given on items returned after 14 days. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached. Please obtain proof of posting for your return & ensure the parcel is clearly addressed to: Returns Department, Bardfield Saddlery, Beslyns Road, Great Bardfield, Essex CM7 4TG. We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit. If you would like an exchange sent out then there will be an additional delivery charge.

All returns must be unused, clean, dry and in their original packaging.

We regret that we are unable to provide refunds, credit notes or exchange items for Safety Equipment such as Body Protectors or Riding Hats due to Health & Safety concerns.  This does not apply to items that are found to have manufacturing faults.
