All items will need to be signed for on delivery. We are unable to leave items without a signature. We can send parcels to your home address or an alternative address. Please note our couriers are unable to make timed deliveries.

For ORDERS up to £99.99 our STANDARD DELIVERY charge of £5.99 will apply
For ORDERS over £100.00 delivery is FREE
OVERSEAS:
We are happy to deliver outside the UK, please contact us for further information.
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order promptly but please note that all deliveries are subject to stock availability. We will notify you at the time of ordering if any ordered items are out of stock.
Items that are marked as Out of Stock or Special Order can be ordered on line in the usual way and they will be despatched as soon as they become available. If the product has an extended lead time we will let you know. In the event that we are unable to supply the item within a reasonable timescale we provide a full money back guarantee.
All our transactions are securely handled by our trading partner sage pay (formerly Protx). Sage Pay meets the requirements as a Level 1 compliant provider under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). This is the highest level of compliance.

Every care has been taken to ensure accuracy of details however we reserve the right to change prices or discontinue stock lines. This will be notified at the time of ordering.
All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at the current UK rate where applicable.
No refund will be given on items returned after 14 days. Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused, in the original packaging with the original labels attached.
Please ensure the parcel is clearly addressed to: Returns Department, Bardfield Saddlery, Beslyns Road, Great Bardfield, Essex CM7 4TG.
We can accept no liability for returns lost in transit. If you would like an exchange sent out then there will be an additional delivery charge.
We regret that we are unable to provide refunds, credit notes or exchange items for Safety Equipment such as Body Protectors or Riding Hats due to Health & Safety concerns. This does not apply to items that are found to have manufacturing faults.
